Zenith’s original smartwatch UI was cluttered with nested menus and tiny touch targets — frustrating users and increasing support tickets. We redesigned the entire interface around gesture navigation: swipe up for notifications, swipe down for quick settings, pinch to zoom on maps. Home screen became fully customizable with glanceable “widgets.” Onboarding included interactive tutorials. Reduced steps to core actions (e.g., starting workout: 5 taps → 1 swipe + tap). Integrated haptic feedback for confirmation. Accessibility mode added for visually impaired (voice-guided navigation).
