To combat low weekday traffic, we launched geo-fenced Facebook/Instagram ads targeting users within 3 miles of each café between 2–5 PM. Ads promoted “Happy Hour: 50% Off Cold Brew + Pastry.” QR codes on ads were scanned at POS to redeem — giving us precise redemption data. Retargeting ads invited engagers to join the loyalty program (“Buy 5, Get 1 Free”). We used weather triggers (e.g., “Rainy? Warm up with 50% off lattes!”) and dynamic creative optimization to test visuals.
